SIGNIFICANT NEGATIVE: Getting stabbed by Kanda/coming face to face with Neah for the first time

The memory dumps Allen right in the middle of a serious TO THE DEATH battle with Kanda (whom he previously remembers, though only in a passing trivial sense). At the time he knows that nothing he's said so far in an attempt to get through Kanda's rage and bloodlust have succeeded at all, but it's somehow extremely important to him (Allen) that he (Kanda) listens and understands. To this end, he lets his guard down enough to let himself be stabbed, asking Kanda to take a close look at "Alma's" face. Why does he look so sad?
AT WHICH POINT HE PASSES OUT, and "wakes up" in a strange room. In it, he's chained to a chair with a familiar-looking man standing before him. Confused and disoriented, he's not able to really parse the first part of what his apparent captor is saying. Though the man looks like Tyki (whom Allen remembers very significantly at this point), he immediately realizes it's not the same person. The man introduces himself as the Fourteenth Noah, the Noah of Destruction, "Neah."
Most of his visceral reaction to this memory was the part about getting stabbed (I GUESS I REALLY AM OKAY WITH SOMETIMES TAKING A HIT IF IT ACCOMPLISHES WHAT I WANT '-'). The other smaller part, the part that got lost in telling Sapphire about his headmonster, was more like "holy shit it looks like the guy who nearly murdered me. CAN I GET A SWITCHOUT. B|a"
